A lawsuit filed by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji has unveiled disturbing claims of workplace misconduct, naming prominent figures including Skip Bayless, FS1 executive Charlie Dixon, and host Joy Taylor. Faraji, who worked for Fox Sports from 2012 to August 2024, filed the suit in Los Angeles County court, alleging a toxic work environment marked by harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
Claims Against Charlie Dixon
Faraji alleges that Dixon, Fox Sports’ executive vice president of content, sexually harassed her at a party in January 2017. According to the complaint, Dixon inappropriately touched her and later used his position to coerce female employees into sexual relationships, threatening their careers if they refused. Faraji claims she was warned by an anonymous colleague that her contract renewal depended on submitting to Dixon's advances.
Allegations Involving Skip Bayless
Faraji detailed troubling interactions with Bayless, a former co-host of "Undisputed." She alleges Bayless made unwanted physical contact, propositioned her for sex, and continued making advances even after she shared a potential cancer diagnosis in an effort to deflect his behavior. In one instance, Bayless allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million for sexual relations and later accused her of having an affair with co-host Shannon Sharpe. The complaint states Bayless implied her firing was due to her "knowing too much" about Dixon’s behavior.
Accusations Against Joy Taylor
The lawsuit also includes claims against Taylor, alleging that after their friendship soured, Taylor verbally attacked Faraji and mocked her Persian heritage. Faraji claims Taylor dismissed her initial attempt to report Dixon’s harassment, telling her to "get over it."
Skip Bayless left Fox Sports in August 2024 and now hosts "The Skip Bayless Show" on YouTube. Joy Taylor remains with FS1 as a co-host of "Speak." The lawsuit seeks compensation for Faraji’s lost earnings and emotional suffering. Fox Sports has yet to release a public statement regarding the allegations.
